First Wives Club Gets TV Reboot by Girls Trip Writer Tracy Oliver. The First Wives Club is officially getting a modern reboot on the small screen. The cult classic, originally starring Bette Midler, Diane Keaton and Goldie Hawn, will be adapted into a half- hour series on Paramount Television (currently Spike), the network announced on Tuesday.
